- Don Blackwell Added January 12, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Pathetic service. Have been waiting over 2 years for insurance work involving the replacement of a blind (still not done) and they were paid out by the insurer without any reference to me. Not surprised they are closing down.

Warranty work not completed because the owner told me they didn't know how to do it. Hopefully new Age caravans realise what they are getting into if its the same owners / staff

They are very unreliable and coming from the eastern states, a little second rate. Adapt at offering services they cant fulfill, changing quotes midway and "challenging" the truth.

- Glenis Untersteiner Added December 21, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They made our lives hell for 11 months trying to get our slide-out fixed on our brand new Universal. That was 2 years ago and we still get upset when we think about it. They ended up giving us our old van back plus money we paid after threatening court action. The caravan industry definitely needs regulating as these people can do what they want and are not held accountable for the misery they cause. Also we took our Universal back to Melbourne where it was made and they shut their doors while we were there and the fuel money and accomodation promised if we took it to them was not received.
